Kora is Doremi's extra virgin olive oil line: pressed by the Diliberto family at San Cataldo in the high interior of Sicily, imported into Korea by Doremi Cucina, and sold into Korean specialist grocers. Every bottle carries a provenance dossier, harvest date, bottling date, customs declaration and lab report, signed by the producer, the importer and Doremi as digital notary. A buyer can hash the file themselves and compare.
Only somebody who had money in one of their loans can add one. Every statement is signed with the lender’s own key, carries their handle, and cannot be removed by them, by the borrower or by this platform.
