Positions for transfer
A position changing hands does not change the loan. The borrower keeps building, the schedule keeps running, the coupon keeps arriving — all that moves is which lender it arrives at. BitBacker does not match, quote or guarantee anything here: it publishes what sellers have asked, what buyers have bid, and what previous transfers cleared at.

Listing your own position
Open your portfolio, pick a position and set a price. You keep the coupon until somebody buys it, and you can withdraw the listing at any time. If there is a standing bid on the loan you can take it there and then instead of waiting.
