A pharmaceutical side-effect report matters most in the version a doctor wrote first. Bloxers takes the submission, produces it as an on-chain PDF, and makes any later revision visible as a revision. It was shown at Austin and it is a good idea.
The loan was written against a clinical pilot at a Texas hospital network. That pilot did not clear its ethics review in March 2026: not on the technology, but on the data-controller question of who holds a report once it is anchored. The company has not made a scheduled payment since June.
